Albert

Albert
has so many stories to tell from his life experiences that sometimes, it's hard to believe he is only 18 years old. He loves talking and telling people those stories and the lessons that he has learned from them. If you spend a few hours with him, he might tell you about the day his son, Albert Junior, was born. Or he might tell you some extraordinary accounts about what he has seen on the violent streets of Baltimore.

Albert became a member of IMP at the beginning of his sophomore year of high school when he was facing the danger of expulsion from school. As a freshman, he failed all his classes and faced many unnerving troubles outside of school including a challenging home environment. With his courage and the support from IMP, Al managed to pass three credits and make up five more by his junior year of high school. This past summer, he got his first job working for a lawn care company and successfully completed two online courses all while working 10-12 hour days! He is glad that he, "finally has his first job in 18 years" and thinks that having a job keeps him, "off the streets and its troubles" . Albert's ambition for his work arose from his desire to be a good father for his son. He aspires to one day have his own business in the HVAC field and make a better life for his family than he had growing up. Albert's IMP family members know that his dreams are within reach as they find him incredibly smart, experienced, and born to lead people!
