Shawn

Shawn may be 17 years old, but he has overcome the struggles and experiences of an entire lifetime. As the oldest son in his family, Shawn tries to support his younger brother, especially on the football field. Though his father and his coaching mentor both passed away at the beginning of high school, football remains Shawn's passion. At the end of freshman year his grades made him ineligible to play, sending Shawn into a darker period where he both struggled to get his grades back up and stay out of trouble.

From nearly failing out of school, Shawn finished his Junior year passing all but one of his classes, held a spring job, and is now working on getting his driver's license. This year he hopes to play football again. He plans on attending Junior College with hopes of being recruited for football and would like to study business.
